Marketplace Role

Tambo provides a B2B marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers across Latin America. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, order terms, and trade documentation.

Orders and Payment Protection

Eligible transactions are processed through Tambo Shield workflows. Funds release is tied to milestone and shipment/document checks as represented in the order timeline.

Restricted Goods and Compliance

Listings and transactions that violate controlled-goods, sanctions, AML, or local trade regulations may be blocked, held, or removed, with audit records retained for lawful review.

Operational Limitations

Logistics estimates, customs timelines, and third-party carrier status are provided on a best-effort basis and may change due to external factors.
